Install & configure
Run the installer, set VB-Cable as your virtual mic, plug in your ElevenLabs key.

Choose your voice
Preview 21+ AI voices, select one, hit Start. Your real mic is now routed through the engine.

Make the call
Set Telegram/Zoom/Discord mic to CABLE Output. The other person hears your chosen voice.

Switch to the Type tab, type your message, hit Send. Mic auto-mutes, voice plays clean.
